As the Senior Designer at OCHNIK, I led the creation of women’s clothing, luggage collections and co-designing leather accessories from 2021 to 2024. I oversaw the entire process, from conceptualizing collections based on market trends to working closely with manufacturers in Turkey, Bangladesh, China, and India.
I collaborated with WGSN for trend forecasting, managed a cross-functional team, and ensured the brand’s vision was reflected in every piece.
Additionally, I played a significant role in shaping the brand’s campaigns, from mood board creation to styling models for photoshoots.

Collection Concept Development
Created and developed collection concepts based on current trends and the brand’s core values.
Market Analysis
Collaborated with buyers and the marketing department to analyze sales performance and adjust future collections accordingly.
Trend Monitoring and Forecasting
Monitored market trends and worked closely with WGSN to analyze upcoming trends for seasonal collections.
Collection Framework IMPLEMENTING
Provided the framework for each collection, defining product lines, assortments, colors, materials, repeats, and manufactures.
Design and Technical Development
Developed sketches, prints, technical drawings, and provided design inspiration while maintaining direct contact with suppliers and producers.
Manufacturer Collaboration
Worked with factories in Turkey, Bangladesh, China, and India, supervising production, negotiating prices, and ensuring quality control.
Team Supervision
Led a women's design team and collaborated closely with technologists, constructors, graphic department and marketing team.
Sample Approval and Production Oversight
Approved samples and oversaw production both remotely and through on-site visits to factories.
Participation in photo sessions and Styling
Suggested the visual style for campaign photoshoots, created inspiration boards, and worked with stylists on model styling for lookbooks and promotional materials.
